RUNNING BASICS

For beginner runners (youth to masters) wanting to learn all the basics to become a successful competitive or fun runner.

β€’ St. Louis, Missouri

Runners will learn basic warm-up and post run stretching techniques.  Next, runners will learn proper running form and technique to conserve energy, run faster for longer distances with less effort and prevent injury. In addition, we will go over nutritional and supplement fueling strategies to enhance energy, performance, and recovery (supplements provided based on age). Price: $75 ($10 Buddy Pass)

β€’ 10k Training Package (15 sessions)

For beginner to advanced runners (youth to masters) wanting to compete, complete, get faster, or PR on race day. For beginners, program starts with our RUNNING BASICS PROGRAM (listed above). For intermediate/advanced runners (advanced speed training techniques), program is geared for sub-20 minute 5k/sub-40 minute 10k or faster goal (Led by Pacer/Coach). Price: 5k Pack $250/10k Pack $375 (2 sessions per week plus free bonus sessions)




Road Racing Enrichment (1 Week Program)

Geared for competitive runners that want to compete at a higher level, from a faster 5k to achieving a Boston Marathon Qualifying Time.

⭐️ In addition to key race tactics and strategies, (advanced speed training techniques) runners will learn proper running form to run more efficiently, conserve energy, run faster for longer distances with less effort and prevent injury (Led by Pacer/Coach). Also, runners will learn fueling strategies to enhance energy, performance, and recovery (supplements provided). Sessions are mornings Mon. through  Fri. & Sun. Half and Full Marathon Training

6 to 12 month detailed program geared for intermediate to advanced runners looking to Boston Marathon qualify, complete, or simply PR on race day at the half or full marathon distance.

6 - 12 Month (St. Louis, MO. only)

$300 sign-up with monthly membership fee TBD (2 months free - cancel anytime)

2 up to 5 running workouts a week with one of our coaches pacing. Program includes written running plan, training and race day supplement/fueling strategies, and nutrition guidance.


RUNNING ANALYSIS PACKAGE

Geared for runners with occasional injuries or soreness, returning from injury, and/or fatigue/low performance issues.

Package - Online only

You should not always be sore or injured from running β€œ

Based on your running and fitness level, we will go over fueling strategy and how to use key supplements to enhance energy, performance, and recovery. Next, we go over any recurring injury or soreness, and with our expertise in running form biomechanics related to running injuries, we provide in-depth guidance and go over detailed running form photo charts/video to show you how to make adjustments to your running form to prevent any further injury. Price: $100 (Plus 1 month of online coaching)

Great for beginner to advanced runners (youth to masters) wanting to compete at a higher level, run injury free, get faster, Boston Qualify, or PR on race day (5k to Marathon). We break down everything to a science to find the right individualized running plan to get you to your highest level of performance possible. You will have access to your assigned coach 24hours via phone, email, or text. 

1-Year Running Membership Program

⭐️ St. Louis, Missouri Runners Only (Intermediate/Advanced Level)

Group motivated workouts for avid runners wanting to compete at a higher level from a faster 5k to a Boston Marathon qualifier. Get 1 to 5 workouts per week guided and led by Pacer/Coach. These customized workouts are designed for endurance, speed, and injury free running. Membership includes training and race day fueling strategies using key supplements to enhance energy, performance, and recovery. Runners will also have access to the Head Coach for questions and support throughout the year.

1-Year Membership

$500 or ($55 monthly). Workouts are mainly early mornings (Creve Coeur, Missouri).

πŸ₯Š  Geared for athletes wanting to improve athletic performance, those preparing for military or law enforcement, or those wanting to improve overall endurance (v02 max training). Based on age and fitness analysis, we will go over fueling strategies to enhance energy, performance, and recovery. Every session starts with a 2 to 4 mile run (Zone 3 training) led by Pacer/Coach, followed by different variations of cross training. First session starts with RUNNING BASICS PROGRAM (Listed above).

Starting at $60 (1 hour session) (Group discounts)

Focused on taking athletes of all ages to the next level by enhancing speed, coordination, balance, reaction, and power.
